Qualifications

• 2–4 years editing social-first video with a portfolio across platforms.
• Advanced Premiere Pro skills and a solid post-production workflow.
• Strong motion graphics ability; After Effects proficiency preferred.
• Understanding of TikTok, Reels and YouTube formats and what earns attention.
• Proven ability to work fast on reactive content while maintaining quality.
• Storyteller's instinct for pacing, hooks, and engagement.
• Solid grasp of sound design, music selection, captions, and export specs.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short- and long-form video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid campaigns.
• Turn edits around quickly on trend-driven content without quality loss.
• Craft clear narrative and pacing with strong hooks for each platform.
• Design and animate motion graphics, lower-thirds, and light VFX.
• Own the full post-production workflow in Premiere Pro (media management, sound, color, exports).
• Repurpose hero content into platform-native cutdowns across aspect ratios.
• Incorporate feedback across review rounds and deliver on deadlines.
• Keep assets and project structure organized for hand-off.
