Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Freelance Skincare Advocate to represent the brand within Sephora stores. Remote role with proximity to Dallas, offering a flexible schedule and compensation of $25-$32 per hour.

You will deliver personalized skincare consultations, drive sales, educate customers on ingredients and routines, and participate in events and trainings. Travel between retail locations is required as you collaborate with store leadership and maintain expert knowledge of trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in skincare or beauty sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfort conducting skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication with brand leadership.
• Willing to travel between Sephora locations as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or sales preferred.
• Passion for skincare and a strong understanding of skincare ingredients and routine building.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable conducting skincare consultations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with brand leadership.
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Travel & Logistics:
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift and move event and merchandising materials up to 50lbs.
• Ability to travel between multiple retail locations as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Employment Structure:

This position represents Medik8 within Sephora retail locations. Employment, payroll, and benefits administration will be facilitated through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) / staffing partner, not directly by Medik8 or Sephora.
