Career Shaper seeks a BFSI hiring specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, calling, interviewing, and documentation through joining. The role emphasizes PAN India bulk hiring and head hunting within BFSI, insurance, and related sectors.

Candidates should have 2+ years of recruitment experience and a strong understanding of BFSI, insurance sales or non-sales roles. Flexible 4–5 hour daily schedule with a commission-based framework is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience is a must.
• Experience in BFSI/ Retail / BPO / FMCG / Consumer Goods or telecom hiring.
• Sourcing-Calling-Interview Lineup-Documentation till Joining.
• Ability to recruit PAN India.
• Good understanding of BFSI and Insurance (Sales or Non Sales/Corporate Hiring).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and coordinating calls, interviews and documentation through joining.
• Lead bulk hiring and head hunting assignments.
• Recruit across PAN India for BFSI/related sectors.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with portal and tech support.
