Hours vary by project, up to 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to build an ongoing relationship as needs arise. The ideal candidate delivers timely, precise work within brand templates and production standards.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of professional graphic design and production experience.
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production, pre-press requirements, and digital file preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and templates while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Video editing and web design experience are not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute layouts for product fact sheets, whitepapers, sales decks, and other marketing collateral using existing templates and brand guidelines.
• Design and prepare print-ready files for trade show booths, large-format banners, event signage, and other environmental graphics.
• Create digital graphics and social media assets aligned with campaign branding.
• Prepare and pre-flight files for print and digital production, ensuring proper bleeds, resolution, color profiles, and export specifications.
• Maintain consistent visual standards and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
