We’re looking for a detail-driven Freelance operations production coordinator to support the day-to‑day operations of the shared video and photography studio, with a focus on photography for product and lifestyle planning needs.

What You'll Do:

Production & Shoot Coordination: You’ll coordinate studio and location photography, ensuring all product inventory is ordered correctly and shot on a regular cycle. Talent and locations are acquired and booked, and creative assets are executed on schedule.

Studio photography and location planning logistics management: Production Ordering: Placing and tracking product orders required for upcoming campaigns and e-commerce needs.

Returns Processing: Managing the reconciliation and return of samples, inventory, or equipment post‑production.

Inventory Tracking: Maintaining an organized log of what has been shot vs. what is still in the production pipeline in Smartsheet.

Pre‑Production & Scheduling: Shoot Calendar—Management of the photography schedule, ensuring all deadlines align with marketing/launch dates.

Talent & Crew Booking: Sourcing and securing models, production crew, riders, bikes, and transportation.

Location research: contacting, vetting, and booking external locations as needed.

Call Sheets: Drafting and distributing appropriate documentation to all on‑set crew before shoot days.

On‑Set Prep & Execution: Sample Prep, On‑Site Coordination, Asset Tracking, and providing updates as needed.

What You Need To Have:

• 1–2 years of professional Studio production experience.
• Extreme attention to detail (no missed frames or missing gear here!).
• Availability to travel to the office approximately 3 days a week (studio days are Tuesday-Thursday).
• Ability to jump right in and adapt to programs and existing workflows seamlessly.
• A passion for high-energy content, powersport appreciation is a plus!
• Smartsheet or similar Project/Work Management tools are required.
