Jubilee Media is seeking a Freelance Production Coordinator to hire crew, reserve locations, and manage call sheets for upcoming shoots. You'll serve as the on-set point of contact, ensuring timely arrivals and smooth production days.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of digital production experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while coordinating with directors and cast.

About This Role

As a Freelance Production Coordinator, you'll hire crew, reserve locations, communicate with cast members, and rent equipment ahead of filming. Additionally, you’ll create and collect paperwork, including contracts, releases, and call sheets. You’lll serve as the point of contact with the cast and crew during shoot days, fielding questions and ensuring people arrive on time and that production runs smoothly!
