The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a skilled advisor to deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations in-store.

You will support engaging events, ensure top-notch visual merchandising, and educate customers on product features and applications. Ideal candidates are flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and events in a fast-paced retail setting and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
