Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store beauty advisor to deliver personalized consultations and high-quality customer service.

You will support visual merchandising, product demonstrations, and promotional events to engage shoppers and enhance the luxury retail experience. Ideal candidates bring prior retail or beauty industry experience, are comfortable with flexible hours, and can work in a fast-paced store environment while maintaining brand standards and educating customers

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Availability for flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations on the sales floor.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the store.
Support and run in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to engage customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand products, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience during shifts.
