Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and high-quality customer service. You will execute visual merchandising displays, support promotional events, and educate customers on brand products in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and the ability to work with the brand portfolio across prestige products.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Availability: ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
Work Authorization: ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
