Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is hiring freelance in-store beauty advisors to deliver personalized customer service, conduct beauty consultations, and support visual merchandising on the retail floor in a dynamic store environment.

You will participate in in-store events, educate customers on product offerings, and work with store teams to ensure an exceptional shopping experience during scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
