You will support events, enhance visual merchandising, and maintain high standards of presentation in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have proven customer service experience, flexible availability for days/nights/weekends, and the ability to work legally in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience.
