Qualifications

• 1–2 years of beauty/skin care sales experience.
• Makeup artistry degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in beauty retail environments; Sephora preferred.
• Willingness to travel within region.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals through in-store service.
• Provide makeup services with high-level skills.
• Educate customers on brand product knowledge to raise awareness.
• Assist with clienteling and building customer loyalty.
• Represent the brand at vendor events and demonstrations.
• Maintain proper hygiene and in-store standards.
• Keep counter/gondolas stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with store leadership and education teams.
