Job summary

Westman Atelier is seeking an energetic Makeup Artist to represent the brand in-store and deliver the highest level of customer experience. You will educate clients on clean luxury beauty, perform makeup services, and build loyalty through superior service and education.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of beauty sales experience, a Makeup Artistry degree or certification, and flexibility to travel to retailers within the region.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of beauty/skin care sales experience.
• Makeup Artistry degree or certification in similar capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals through in-store service and events at partner retailers.
• Provide exceptional customer experience with makeup services and in-store demonstrations.
• Educate customers on brand product knowledge to build awareness and assist with product selection.
• Participate in online learning and grooming procedures.
• Maintain hygiene and clean/testing cosmetics for client sessions.
• Support inventory integrity and restock counter, tools, and testers.
• Represent Westman Atelier in line with brand image and guidelines.
• Communicate with leadership to keep teams informed of actions and events.
