You’ll work on designing, coordinating, and testing multi-step agent workflows, collaborating with AI teams to train LLMs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and can deliver production-grade software with modular design.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics to assess agent performance.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify issues.
• Stress Test Agent to ensure reliability under load.
