Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience in AI/automation.
• Proven ability to design and maintain modular, production-grade software.
• Experience with live system interactions and multi-turn workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give precise technical feedback.
• Nice to have PhD or advanced AI research exposure.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent performance.
• Debug traces from agent runs to identify issues.
