Live Nation Entertainment is seeking freelance professionals to join the LNEx roster. Roles span festival activations, custom events, tour and venue hospitality, and sponsor operations across Live Nation’s ecosystem.

The team designs and produces large-scale brand experiences with on-site builds, hospitality spaces, and fan moments across venues and tours. Expect fast-paced projects with travel and non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in live events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Proven expertise in vendor management, logistics, fabrication, or production.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution skills.
• Willingness to travel, work nights/weekends, and manage on-site teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budgets, timelines, fabrication, and on-site builds from load-in to load-out.
• Manage stage builds and technical production with touring teams.
• Lead or support activations from ideation to delivery with stakeholders.
• Handle event logistics, asset tracking, travel, shipping, and crew communications.
• Hire, train, and manage event staff and brand ambassadors.
• Support on-site runner/site ops and vendor coordination.
