We work on festival activations, custom events, tour and festival hospitality, venue programs, creating large-scale brand experiences across the Live Nation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in live events or experiential marketing.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Production management of budgets, timelines, and on-site builds.
• Stage production coordination with talent, stage managers, and crews.
• Experiential producing from ideation to execution and delivery.
• Event logistics including scheduling and travel.
• Staff management and training of event staff.
• Runner and site operations support on event days.
