Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless brand. You will visit stores, complete audits, and ensure product quality with timely reporting via the ThirdChannel App.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice monthly, with flexible start dates upon certification. This independent contractor role offers supplemental income and requires reliable transportation and a personal device.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, followed by issue resolution visits and visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
