Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, visiting locations to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with immediate start dates after certification. A reliable vehicle and a personal smart device with internet are required to participate.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Own a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Audits start the first visit and continue with follow-up visits to resolve issues and evolve into merchandising.
• Assist store staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos in real time.
