Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will be the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring audits and ensuring product quality and brand presentation.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with flexible scheduling and immediate start after certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools and apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store retail audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Execute scheduled visits; begin with audits, follow up to resolve issues, and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff with display fixes and brand-related concerns on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos in real time.
