Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in the United States is seeking a personable Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized service and beauty consultations on the retail floor. You will create engaging displays, support in-store events, and educate customers on application techniques to highlight brand offerings.

You’ll collaborate with store teammates to ensure smooth operations, uphold presentation standards, and contribute to a premium shopping experience during all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
