Job summary

fino data services GmbH is seeking an experienced freelance Graphic & Motion Designer for an ongoing, project-based collaboration. You will work independently on agreed deliverables and bring your own creative and professional approach to the work.

Projects include motion design for explainers and product demos, graphic design for ads and presentations, and multilingual assets in German and English with potential Italian/Spanish content later. Remote collaboration is possible.

Qualifications

Proven graphic and motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
Portfolio/showreel demonstrating graphic design, motion design and visual storytelling work.
Ability to adapt content in German and English; future Italian/Spanish content via subtitles/voice-over.
Experience using AI tools in creative workflows and productive outcomes.
Demonstrable professional capability and high-quality work.
Language ability to work with German- and English-language source material (German copywriting not required).

Responsibilities

Create explainer videos, product demos and social formats from concept to final cut.
Develop ad creatives, landing-page visuals and partner materials.
Translate marketing objectives into clear visual concepts.
Adapt content in German and English; Italian/Spanish later via subtitles and voice-over.
Use AI tools to enhance creative workflows and production efficiency.
Plan and deliver projects independently, communicating progress and deadlines clearly.
