• Create professional graphics for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Design marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and promotional items.
• Develop presentations, pitch decks, and company materials.
• Create infographics, charts, diagrams, and visual assets that simplify complex information.
• Design graphics for website content, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Create branded templates reusable across marketing and business development materials.
• Ensure designs align with brand identity, colors, fonts, and standards.
• Design graphics for government proposals, RFPs, and contract materials.
• Create proposal covers, organizational charts, process diagrams, timelines, infographics, and other visuals.
• Format capability statements and contracting collateral.
• Collaborate with copywriters and proposal teams to turn concepts into visuals.
• Ensure proposal graphics are professional and aligned with solicitations.
• Create visuals to communicate capabilities and value, and support leadership and marketing efforts.
• Revise designs based on feedback and deadlines.
• Manage multiple freelance projects and organized source files.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Follow client brand guidelines and maintain established identities.
