Job Title: Freelance Graphic Designer

Established in 2022 and headquartered in Santa Monica, CA, Weverse America is a fast-growing entertainment platform that connects fans with distinguished global artist labels.

As a freelance Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-level graphics that align with brand guidelines and project briefs across various merchandise initiatives. You’ll work on a range of design projects within the Weverse America merchandising pipeline, collaborating closely with our Product Manager. This is a remote freelance position with the option to work onsite in our Santa Monica office.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Manager to develop graphic deliverables for merchandise
• Create apparel and accessory graphic tech packs that include specs and production techniques
• Prepare print-ready artwork for vendors
• Develop repeat patterns and graphic prints that align with campaign or artist direction
• Review product samples to ensure graphic accuracy and provide feedback for revisions as needed
• Maintain an organized archive of all deliverables, grouped by project and concept

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma
• Strong technical knowledge in executing graphics on apparel
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive materials
• Experience working in a fast paced, small team is a plus
• Familiarity with K-Pop culture and its fanbase is a plus
