Summary of Position: La Vida Hospitality is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative and marketing teams across our brands, including Crooked Hammock Brewery, Big Chill, Taco Reho, and La Vida Hospitality. This project-based, remote-flexible role offers collaboration opportunities with our Creative Director, Marketing Directors, and Brand Coordinators. The designer will help maintain brand consistency and bring creative concepts to life. Must Enjoy the Ride!

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing Directors, and Brand Coordinators on various projects.
2. Create visual assets such as advertisements, social media graphics, menus, posters, stickers, retail items, and other branded materials.
3. Support digital design needs including website graphics, email layouts, and digital advertisements.
4. Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards.
5. Manage tasks using shared project management tools, maintaining clear communication regarding deadlines and deliverables.
6. Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Represent our brands through your work, reflecting their vibe, energy, and standards.

Qualifications:

1. 3-8 years of relevant Graphic Design experience.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a willingness to learn new skills.
4. Self-motivated with initiative to find creative solutions.
5. A passion for quality and a love for our brand and products.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt.
8. Ability to work comfortably in standing or sitting positions for long periods.
9. Flexible schedule to meet responsibilities and balance personal and professional life.
10. Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
11. Hospitality-oriented with a guest-friendly demeanor.
12. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
