Job summary

StudySmarter GmbH seeks an experienced freelance bookkeeper for a 100% remote project. You will perform monthly bookkeeping, review documents, assign accounts, and manage invoicing, dunning, and payments. Strong DATEV and German tax law knowledge are required, with a self-sufficient, structured work approach.

Flexible hours offered to fit an hourly or daily rate. Work is remote with direct collaboration to the founder team.

• Perform ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including document review and account assignment.
• Prepare outgoing invoices, manage open items, and handle dunning.
• Review incoming invoices, prepare payments, and process bank transactions and reconciliations.
