Sqwad is seeking a freelance Field Representative to conduct in-person outreach in the Cincinnati area, introducing the partnership opportunity with no selling required. You will speak directly with business owners, secure signed partnership agreements, and help establish Sqwad’s early market presence in prime locations.

The role is a contract/freelance position with flexible hours (25–50 per week) and unlimited earnings potential, including bonuses.

• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
