Sqwad is hiring field reps to sign local shops as pickup points, earning a guaranteed $20/hour base and $130 per activated partnership. You operate in a defined territory, visiting businesses to secure partnerships that drive foot traffic for a Europe-origin marketplace expanding in the U.S.

Role emphasizes face-to-face interaction, independent work, and 25–50 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Training and regional support are provided, with 1099 contractor status.

Qualifications

Guaranteed $20/hour base. $130 for every partnership you activate. No commission cap.

In-person, within your assigned local territory. Applicants must be based in one of the cities listed above.

THE MISSION

The best part: there's nothing to sell! Your job is to sign local shops up as pickup points. Our client pays the shop, and brings them extra foot traffic — you open the door, present the partnership, get the owner's signature, and help switch the location on.

A typical day, your way:

• Plan your route and visit local businesses in your territory.
• Talk directly with owners and decision-makers — no appointments needed.
• Sign partners on the spot, then follow through to activation.
• Log your activity in a simple mobile app.

The one number that matters: about one signed partnership a day. Hit that, and everything else is on your terms.

Its logistics network. Members send, collect and return parcels through pickup points and lockers: 33,000+ locations and 800M+ parcels in Europe in 2025, and 7,000+ points already live in the U.S. and growing. You're building that U.S. network from the ground floor.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $20/hour guaranteed base pay — a full field day = $200
• $130 per activated partnership — no commission cap.
• Realistic earnings: ~$6,900/month at 1 signed partnership a day, ~$9,600/month at 2 a day. Top performers clear $500 on their best days.
• Flexible schedule — 25–50 hrs/week, work when you want.
• Secure and own prime territory before competitors move in.
• Independent contractor (1099).
• Full onboarding, live training, and a Regional Manager and closing team behind you.
