Sqwad is hiring Field Representatives in Portland, OR to secure prime business locations as part of a freelance partnership. You will engage with local business owners in person, presenting Sqwad’s partnership opportunity without selling, and sign partnership agreements to build early market presence.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly communicative, and able to work independently with CRM tools. This is a 1099 contracted role with guaranteed base pay and bonus opportunities.

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.

• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
