Job summary

Sqwad is seeking Field Representatives to secure prime locations in Atlanta through in-person outreach with local businesses. This freelance role involves presenting a partnership opportunity without selling products, and you will own your territory with flexible scheduling.

As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll receive onboarding and ongoing support while earning from daily field fees and shop-activation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, results-focused and able to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with business owners and decision-makers.
• Comfortable with basic digital tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introduce Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved).
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Secure signed partnership agreements.
• Build early market presence by locking in key locations.
• Log activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Pass qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
