Sqwad is hiring Field Representatives to secure prime business locations in Raleigh as part of its U.S. expansion. This is a freelance, contract role with no selling involved; you will secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory and earn uncapped, performance-based pay.

Expect a flexible schedule and independent contractor status (1099). You’ll receive onboarding and ongoing support as you build early market presence by locking in key locations and passing qualified

• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face outreach.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsabilités

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.

• Secure signed partnership agreements.

• Log activity and leads using simple digital tools.
