Job summary

Assemble Collective is staffing a small guest experience team for an upscale private event in Paris, Kentucky. We’ll be the first and last faces guests see: welcoming arrivals, managing check-in, running coat check, and generally making sure every guest feels looked after from the moment they step out of their car to the moment they leave.

Requirements include prior customer service or hospitality experience, a warm and discreet presence, ability to stand for the shift, reliable transportation,

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience, where you worked directly with guests, clients, or customers.
• A warm, courteous, composed presence, you genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
• A high level of discretion. This is a private event and all team members will sign an NDA before details are shared.
• Reliable transportation to Paris, KY, gas is reimbursed.
• Comfortable on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Willing to complete a background check, arranged and paid for by Assemble Collective, before the event.

Paris, Kentucky (Lexington area) | Late October 2026 | $25/hour, six-hour minimum, plus gas reimbursement
