Job summary

Energize Marketing, LLC is seeking a freelance Director of Online Events and Production to lead our growing online events division. The role focuses on TechTalks webinars and developing a new podcast offering for B2B brands, while expanding corporate and editorial webinars across Energize Marketing’s brands, including TechChannels.

You will guide the growth of TechTalks as a B2B media brand, building on the existing webinar program and creating new formats, with the goal of expanding client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in media, digital publishing, agencies or B2B marketing with webinars/podcasts/online events.
• Strong client management: planning calls, approvals, and aligning objectives with SME insights.
• Hands-on knowledge of prerecorded webinar production and Zoom setup.
• Experience directing freelance partners and managing budgets and schedules.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and deliver polished programs on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead webinar and podcast programs for B2B brands from kickoff to final delivery.
• Own planning calls, schedules, communications, feedback and approvals.
• Align internal teams and freelancers around briefs, deadlines and responsibilities.
• Manage production budgets and resources across stand-alone and integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery and Customer Success to meet audience targets and delivery commitments.
• Direct editors, designers and animators to ensure high-quality output.
