Job summary

Idea Rebel is seeking freelance Digital Designers with a keen eye for typography, UI, illustration, photography and modern digital culture. You will drive visually compelling solutions across web, software and mobile experiences, reporting to the Creative Director.

Strong UX fundamentals and a portfolio demonstrating digital design excellence are essential. A collaborative, organized, and proactive attitude will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Design or equivalent visual design experience.
• 2-3 years of industry experience.
• Strong portfolio and keen interest in digital design.
• Deep understanding of typography, illustration, photography, and culture.
• Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Creative Director and design team to create client-focused, digital design solutions.
• Craft visually compelling designs that align with the brand guidelines and audiences.
• Design mood boards, storyboards, and conceptual pitch material.
• Design UI guides, page layouts, site grids, and interface demos for responsive web.
• Identify opportunities to improve UX based on user research.
• Participate in brainstorming and conceptual development.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure project quality.
• Photo retouching and compositing skills would be a big plus.
• Client presentation experience would be great too.
