Freelance Designer (Remote)

We're seeking a talented freelance designer experienced in email, OOH, print and social media to help create compelling consumer-facing content for our diverse brand portfolio.

Position Details:

• $35-40/hour freelance rate
• 20-30 hours weekly
• Remote work (Pacific Time Zone)
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for print and digital campaigns including social media, email, OOH and more.
• Work collaboratively with our marketing managers, designers and production teams to translate ideas into visually engaging assets.
• Engage in creative reviews and implement constructive feedback
• Maintain organized files for seamless team collaboration
• Manage creative versioning across our portfolio of brands
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a creative agency or team with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and packaging work
• Eagerness to learn
• Passion for design, creativity and technology
• A deep attention to detail and a dedication to proper delivery
• Quick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgency
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva
• Motion graphic experience a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design or equivalent experience
