We’re looking for a Freelance Copywriter to help us further strengthen that trust. You’ll play a key role in updating and optimizing existing content while supporting new content initiatives that keep our messaging relevant, clear, and impactful. Working closely with our marketing team and reporting to the Content Manager, you’ll ensure our content continues to meet the highest standards of accuracy, tone, and value. This will be a fully remote, part-time position (10 hours/week).

What You’ll Do

• Refresh and update existing content across our website, blog, and other channels to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Align all content updates with Copyleaks’ brand voice, messaging framework, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify priority content for updates and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation of new, one-off content as needed (blog posts, landing pages, email copy, etc.)
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Maintain transparency and open communication with the Content Manager and the broader team.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional copywriting or content writing experience (B2B SaaS or technology writing preferred but not required)
• Excellent editing, revision, and content optimization skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to established brand voice and style guidelines
• Solid understanding of SEO writing principles
• Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organization skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with AI, edtech, or SaaS industries
• Experience with SEO tools, i.e., SEMRush
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
