Job summary

Vita Coco is seeking a Dubai-based freelance content creator to produce locally relevant, social-first content for our Arabia Instagram and TikTok channels. This is a creative production role, not full social-media management, requiring strong on-camera presence and GCC cultural awareness.

You will concept, film, edit, and deliver a monthly bank of assets—Reels/TikToks, photos, carousels, and Story tiles—with English and Arabic captions, working to monthly deadlines with Vita Coco’s EMEA team.

The Project

Vita Coco is looking for a Dubai-based freelance content creator to produce locally relevant, social-first content for our Arabia Instagram and TikTok channels.

This is primarily a creative production project rather than a full social-media management role. We need someone who understands life in Dubai and the wider GCC and can turn local moments, trends, events and everyday product occasions into engaging content that feels native to Instagram and TikTok.

You would work with our EMEA digital team to develop ideas, capture content and deliver a consistent monthly bank of edited assets.

Monthly Deliverables

The exact package will be agreed with the selected creator, but we expect approximately:

• 12-16 pieces of social content per month
• A mix of Reels/TikToks, photography and carousels
• 8–12 supporting Instagram Story tiles
• English and Arabic captions or on-screen copy
• Occasional event and activation coverage in Dubai
• Edited final assets, plus selected raw footage where required

Content could include

• Dubai lifestyle and culturally relevant moments
• Product-led Reels and TikToks
• Day-in-the-life and POV content
• Food, smoothies and everyday Vita Coco occasions
• Fitness, running, wellness and active-lifestyle content
• Street interviews and mini-mic formats
• Event coverage and reactive content
• Trend-led concepts adapted naturally for Vita Coco
• Collaborations with relevant local communities and creators

What we’re looking for

• Based in Dubai and available to capture content locally
• A strong portfolio of Instagram Reels and TikTok content
• Confident filming and editing social-first vertical video
• Able to develop ideas, hooks and simple scripts independently
• Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok formats
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Fluent in English, with strong Arabic content capability highly preferred
• Familiarity with Dubai and wider GCC culture and social trends
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working to monthly deadlines
• Experience creating content for food, drink, lifestyle, fitness or wellness brands is beneficial

Working Process

At the beginning of each month, we will agree the content themes, priority moments and required deliverables. The creator will then develop concepts, film and edit the agreed content, with feedback and approval provided by Vita Coco’s EMEA digital team.

This project does not require full ownership of community management, paid media, influencer contracting or wider channel strategy.
