Baytii is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive & Content Creator to join its in-house marketing team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a social media professional who enjoys creating engaging content, filming short-form videos, and managing digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will oversee content creation for the company's social media channels and its founder, Abdullah Tekden. The role involves planning content calendars, producing videos, managing publishing schedules, tracking performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content ideas, content calendars, captions, Reels, Stories, and image/carousel posts.
• Film and edit short-form mobile videos covering property, residency, citizenship, team, and franchising content.
• Conduct one or two weekly filming sessions with the company founder.
• Schedule, publish, and archive approved content while managing website uploads.
• Adapt content for different audiences and languages with support from reviewers.
• Prepare weekly reports highlighting content performance, engagement, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:
