What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients
• Address various clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
• Collaborate with our clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs

Requirements

• Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• At least 300 clinical hours post-masters degree
• Proficient in English and your local language
• Experience in EAP, working with adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus
• Openness to occasional onsite work if needed
