Job summary

Westman Atelier is seeking an energetic Makeup Artist to represent the brand in-store, delivering the highest level of customer experience and product education. This part-time role supports Sephora and Nordstrom accounts, requiring a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for clean luxury beauty.

You will build client loyalty through exceptional service, education, and clienteling while collaborating with store personnel and regional education teams to drive sales and brand

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of beauty/sales experience in retail.
• Makeup artistry degree or certification a plus.
• Experience in Sephora environment preferred.
• Able to travel to various retailers within region.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and events.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals through in-store service and events.
• Provide exceptional makeup services and showcase skills.
• Educate customers on brand product knowledge and assist with selection.
• Participate in online learning and procedures.
• Maintain hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products.
• Maintain inventory and restock counter.
• Maintain VM standards and restock testers.
• Communicate with leadership and store teams.
• Build relationships with in-store category managers.
