• Notice when a general metric is lying and dig in
• Keep Goal Setting documentation current as the work outpaces it
• Support daily operations at our Tallahassee site and keep workflows moving
• Close the loop on every Tallahassee request you touch
• Trade quick wins for endlessly-iterating fixes when the math favors patience
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
