Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, conducting recurring visits to assess audits and ensure product quality.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits, resolving issues and transitioning to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
