Job summary

ThirdChannel seeks a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a leading wireless brand. This 1099 role involves bi-monthly store visits, each lasting one hour, with immediate start after certification.

As an independent contractor, you will report via the ThirdChannel App, travel to local stores, and help maintain high brand presence across locations. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Start with an audit, follow up to resolve issues, and evolve into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys, submit data and photos in real time.
