Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a major wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing audits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates after certification. This is a flexible, supplemental income opportunity with travel to local stores in your market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & merchandising fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
