Job summary

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking bilingual and multilingual individuals to operate as freelance interpreters in a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Interpreters control their own schedule by accepting appointments from Hanna. Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with starting pay at $25 per hour.

Must be located in the US and authorized to work. High school diploma or interpreting certification is preferred, and flexibility to work in medical, legal, or educational

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and target language with a comprehensive understanding of idiomatic speech and cultural patterns.
• Previous interpreting experience, preferably in medical, legal, or educational settings.
• Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the US (We do not offer visa sponsorship).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or certification in interpreting or related fields.
