Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and exceptional customer service at our retail locations.

You will execute displays, support promotional events, and educate customers on product features and application techniques, collaborating with store teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required, with full-time, in-store roles available.

Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
