Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and high-quality service. You will execute engaging merchandising displays, support promotional events, and educate customers on product offerings and techniques, creating memorable shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates have experience in retail or beauty, are flexible with hours, and can work in a fast-paced environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
• Preferred: Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
