Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor for our prestige beauty retail locations in the United States.

You will deliver personalized beauty consultations, educate customers on product features and application techniques, and contribute to engaging in-store events and high visual merchandising standards. In partnership with a high-performing team, you will strive to create an inspirational customer experience, support promotional activities, and ensure smooth store

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
