Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is recruiting for freelance in-store beauty advisors to deliver personalized customer service and expert makeup consultations on the retail floor.

You will support and execute in-store events, demonstrate products, and maintain brand presentation standards. In this role, you will work closely with store teams to educate customers about product offerings and application techniques, ensuring a premium shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
