Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled in-store advisor to provide inspirational, personalized beauty consultations and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the retail floor.

You will support in-store events, execute promotional displays, and help maintain brand presentation standards across the shop while collaborating with store staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Work authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of brand products, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
